ORDERS AND SHIPPING

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will will be delivered within 7-16 days from the date of purchase. Please allow an up to an additional two weeks if order is placed during a sale. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If you have any questions, please send us an email at contact@jonnycota.com 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic orders are charged a flat rate $12 shipping fee. Orders will be shipped with USPS and on occasion with UPS.

International orders have a flat rate fee of $25. Orders will be shipped with UPS or DHL.

 

ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE?

All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

CAN I ADD/CHANGE ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you contact us before the item ships we’re happy to help you edit an order. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be sent back first. Once that has been initiated we can make arrangements to get you the correct item. Email us at contact@jonnycota.com with any questions. 

 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I PROCEED?

 

Cancellations are easiest when caught early before the item ships. Reach out through our chat or email us at contact@jonnycota.com and we'll be happy to process that for you. If the item has already shipped, please allow time for the package to be delivered. Once you have received it we can arrange to have the item returned. 

 

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT. HOW CAN I APPLY IT TO MY PURCHASE?

We can apply the code for you. A refund will be processed for the amount so you don’t have to place the order again.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS JONNY COTA’S RETURN POLICY?

Each garment is cut and sewn to order. Full-price items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Promotional purchases discounted less than 40% are eligible for a size exchange or store credit within 14 days, but not a refund. Size exchanges are subject to availability and limited to one exchange per order; additional shipping charges may apply. Items discounted 40% or more, items specifically marked Final Sale, and customized or altered items are final sale, except where required by law.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of signs of use, and have original tags attached. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Domestic orders: Submit eligible requests through our returns portal. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. For a size exchange, select the exchange option and indicate the desired size.

International orders: We cannot provide prepaid international return labels. Contact contact@jonnycota.com for approval before shipping an eligible return or exchange. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days of receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?

Please contact contact@jonnycota.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review and work toward an appropriate resolution. Final-sale restrictions do not limit rights under applicable law.

SIZING

 

 

I’M HAVING TROUBLE DETERMINING MY SIZE.

Sizes/measurements can differ based on cut and style. Be sure to use our size charts as a guide. Size charts can be found underneath product descriptions. If you’re still having trouble determining your size, reach out through our chat or email us at contact@jonnycota.com for assistance.

 

WHY AM I A DIFFERENT SIZE IN SOME OF YOUR ITEMS?

 In general, our sizing is true to size. So you can trust that the size you normally wear is accurate. Certain styles will require that you adjust based on the cut. Ex. oversized, drop crotch, etc. These details can be found in the items description. 

 

WHAT UNIT OF LENGTH ARE YOUR SIZE CHARTS IN? 

Our size charts reflect measurements in inches.

Jonny Cota prioritizes sustainability and eco-conscious manufacturing. From running a made-to-order production line that allows us to avoid waste and surplus, to using sustainable fabrics such as organic hemp, organic cotton, and bamboo tencel, Jonny Cota is committed to sustainable practices. The brand is still young and though we are proud of our sustainable ethos, we look forward to becoming more and more sustainable with each collection. 

  

AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

We do our best to keep items in stock. You can stay informed by using the “Notify me when available” option. This can be found on the product page of any sold out item.
