HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will take up to five days to process and will be delivered within 10 days from the order date. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If you have any questions, please send us an email at email@example.com
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will be charged an additional $8 shipping fee. Orders will be shipped with USPS and on occasion with UPS.
International orders have a flat rate fee of $25. Orders will be shipped with UPS or DHL.
ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE?
All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

CAN I ADD/CHANGE ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you contact us before the item ships we’re happy to help you edit an order. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be sent back first. Once that has been initiated we can make arrangements to get you the correct item. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I PROCEED?
Cancellations are easiest when caught early before the item ships. Reach out through our chat or email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to process that for you. If the item has already shipped, please allow time for the package to be delivered. Once you have received it we can arrange to have the item returned.
I FORGOT TO ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT. HOW CAN I APPLY IT TO MY PURCHASE?
We can apply the code for you. A refund will be processed for the amount so you don’t have to place the order again.
WHAT IS JONNY COTA’S RETURN POLICY?
Full priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All sale items, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, are final sale.

Domestic orders: You can process your return here. https://www.jonnycota.com/a/returns Once approved you’ll received a pre-paid return label by email.
International orders: We are unable to supply return labels for international orders. However they can still be shipped back for a full refund or exchange. Please ship returns back to our flagship store at the following address.

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Domestic Orders: Processing an exchange is similar to processing a return. Use the following link https://www.jonnycota.com/a/returns and select "Exchange". This will prompt you to choose the desired size. Alternatively, you can select the reason as “Other” and specify in the notes section what size you’d like to swap for.
Once approved you’ll received a pre-paid return by email. Exchange items will be dispatched within one week of receipt of returned items.
International Orders: Please see “How do I initiate a Return” above.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client's next billing statement. Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account within 7 days.
I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE? WHAT DO I DO?
Reach out through our chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org out as soon as you notice the issue. Providing as much detail as possible and a photo of the damage will help expedite the process. We're happy to replace the item or process a full refund. Any items returned beyond the return window will only be eligible for store credit.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE DETERMINING MY SIZE.
Sizes/measurements can differ based on cut and style. Be sure to use our size charts as a guide. Size charts can be found underneath product descriptions. If you’re still having trouble determining your size, reach out through our chat or email us at email@example.com for assistance.
WHY AM I A DIFFERENT SIZE IN SOME OF YOUR ITEMS?
In general, our sizing is true to size. So you can trust that the size you normally wear is accurate. Certain styles will require that you adjust based on the cut. Ex. oversized, drop crotch, etc. These details can be found in the items description.
WHAT UNIT OF LENGTH ARE YOUR SIZE CHARTS IN?
Our size charts reflect measurements in inches.
