At JONNY COTA, each garment is cut and sewn to order. As an independent fashion brand, we take care in producing every piece and encourage customers to review sizing before purchasing.

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Sign in to your JONNY COTA account using the email address from your order and the verification code emailed to you. Open your order, choose Return items, select the item and reason, and submit your request.

For a size exchange, include your preferred size in the request note. For store credit, write “store credit” in the note. Our team reviews eligibility and availability before approving the request. If an item or order cannot be selected, or the portal does not work, email contact@jonnycota.com with your order number, item, and preferred resolution. Please wait for confirmed return instructions before mailing anything.

EXCHANGE OR CHOOSE STORE CREDIT +10%

For an eligible return, you can request an exchange or choose store credit with a 10% bonus. For example, $100 of eligible returned merchandise becomes $110 in store credit. Credit is based on the amount actually paid for eligible returned merchandise after discounts; taxes, shipping, and other fees are excluded from the bonus. Our team applies credit after approval and receipt/inspection of the return. The bonus is store credit, not cash, and cannot be combined with a refund for the same merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability.

DOMESTIC RETURN SHIPPING

For approved domestic returns, our team will email return shipping instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label. Please do not mail items before receiving those instructions.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Eligible items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with the policies below. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping your return.

FULL-PRICE ITEMS

Full-price items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.

PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased with a promotional discount of less than 40% are eligible for a size exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not available for promotional purchases.

Size exchanges are subject to availability and limited to one exchange per order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater, as well as items specifically marked Final Sale, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit, except where required by law.

CUSTOM & ALTERED ITEMS

Customized, personalized, or altered garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

JONNY COTA reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Unauthorized or ineligible returns may be shipped back to the customer.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days of receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our garments. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@jonnycota.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution. Final-sale restrictions do not limit any rights provided under applicable law.
